When I first set eyes on my lovely flat it was an instant hit! It was great to be able to walk to all my favourite haunts and by having the beach on my doorstep, it felt like being on holiday all year round.
On starting a family, I let the flat out which proved to be extremely popular and I have had the same tenant for the whole time.
