I have lived here for 8 years and loved my time here. What attracted me to the property was it had its own private entrance. Also the location, it’s in such a convenient area with everything I need within close proximity. There is plenty of storage with the loft access and large cupboard in the hallway.
In the last few years I’ve put in UPVC double glazing and recently installed a “Drinmaster”. This device offers a ventilation system which deals with condensation and works especially well in the winter. Its superb to help with any allergies.
