When I was looking to buy it was vital for me to buy in a good area. As soon as I first visited the development I fell in love with it and as my nephew and sister also lived here I knew that it was a lovely place to live.

It is such a beautiful environment and the river views are the real icing on the cake. The fact that it is so new has meant that I have had to do nothing to it. I would not even consider a move if it was not for a change in personal circumstances, so although I should be sad to move on, I am sure that the new owners will love living here as much as I have.
