This flat has been in the family for years and I can't say enough about how conveniently it is located for everything. When I lived here I literally never took the car out. I used to leave it in the allocated space and just get everywhere by train as it was effortless to do so. Over the years I have replaced the kitchen and bathroom and have completely redecorated it from top to bottom. It has been an incredibly easy flat to rent out too with it always being in high demand.
