I was living in a four bedroom property and wanted to downsize to a smaller house or apartment. After a lot of searching I was starting to become a little bit despondent and thought I would never find anything until I received a call from Cubitt & West about a lovely maisonette in Dial Post. Although I wanted a 2 bedroom home I was intrigued and I am really glad I saw it. It did need a lot of work but I was absolutely thrilled and loved it and could see real potential. The location was lovely being so quiet and surrounded by countryside.

I have really enjoyed living here but sadly need to relocate to be nearer to friends.
