When we first viewed the property we fell in love with it straight away.

It was a new build property so there was nothing that we needed to do. We also like the fact we had a builders guarantee in the form of the NHBC 10 Year guarantee. There are a few years remaining on this for the new homeowner to enjoy too.

We loved the location as we could just walk to the village for anything that we needed. We will miss the flat dearly.
