I bought the property as it is close to work at the hospital with permit parking in front of the home and the garden was ideal for my dog, and I love the fact there is no maintenance charges.

I rented the home through Cubitt and West for a period of time and it rented so quickly with a great return.

The neighbours are very friendly and I will be sorry to leave them, but my family have grown and we now need a bigger family home..
