I chose this flat because it has good-sized rooms and the lounge is incredibly light and bright with the big front windows.

The location is so convenient for getting to anywhere in Brighton and Hove.

It's quiet, the neighbours are nice and the block is extremely well managed.

It's also extremely cosy and I found electricity bills very reasonable.
