My home has served me well for the last 14 years, firstly as a bachelor pad, and in more recent years as my marital home. Due to a natural progression up the property ladder to a more family orientated property, we are looking to upsize, hence the sale.

It has been amazing living here, so close to Brighton & Hove, yet far enough away avoiding the day to day hustle and bustle of city living. We have two favourite times of the year here; summertime when we can fire up the barbecue, and in the winter when our lounge is so cosy with the log burner in full flame. Living here will be a hard act to follow and wish the new owner the best of luck.
