Property description
This elegant Regency conversion is located in the Clifton Hill and Montpelier Conservation area, making it central, yet leafy and peaceful. Moments from the cafes and antique stores of the Seven Dials, it is perfectly positioned between the railway station, the seafront and the famous Hove lawns.
Along with all the High Street has to offer, you'll find boutiques and restaurants, farmers markets and artisan delis within strolling distance.
Built circa 1850 in the Regency period this stylish Square remains as popular and fashionable as it did many years ago, although nowadays these splendid Regency houses have been converted into apartments for even more people to enjoy.
Located on the top floor, this property is particularly bright, enhanced by a feature atrium ceiling to the communal landing. Being rear facing you can also enjoy stunning views over church spires, rooftops and treetops, to the rolling hills of the Downs, from both the bedroom and living area.
Bijou in size this stylish little number is perfectly formed and bang on trend with its open plan arrangement.
Whether seeking your first home, buy to let investment or the perfect weekend 'pied-a-terre', your search might have just come to an end!
What the Owner says:
We have used the apartment as a holiday home, and it has been a joy as everything is so easily accessible on foot.
The Square is so lovely and quiet, and the neighbours are all very civilised, so you almost forget you are in the middle of a cosmopolitan City!
Due to recently extending our current lease to 175 years we no longer pay annual ground rent and our annual maintenance is very competitive at only £800 per annum.

- Lounge/Kitchen Area: 15'1 x 11'3 (4.60m x 3.43m)
