Having viewed a lot of very small, cramped and dark one bedroom flats, I was immediately struck by the light and feeling of spaciousness in this flat. 

The location is really handy too as it is close enough to town to feel like the centre of things but quiet enough to be very peaceful sitting out on the balcony. 

Not having houses on the other side of the road has made parking much easier than lots of places in central Brighton too.  

I have had a very happy seven years living there and am only moving a very short distance away to a flat with a garden.
