After owning the apartment for such a long time we have decided it is the right time to sell.

When we bought the flat we fell in love with the high ceilings, sea views but most of all the location. It felt like we were seconds away from everything like shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques and the station. It's probably less than a minutes walk to the beach front.

We'll be sad to see the flat go but wish all the best to the new owners.
