After nine wonderful years in my lovely home it's time to say our goodbyes and take the next step up the property ladder. For me it was all about living the whole City experience, which is exactly what you get here! Just moments from the City centre, great bars, restaurants and of course the beach! A tough act to follow! In the summer, it's great to have the choice of two outside spaces for entertaining alfresco style (if you don't want the one minute stroll to the beach). Being a commuter it was also important to have easy access to Brighton mainline train station, only 20 minutes on foot or just a few minutes by bus. With great neighbours it will be a real challenge to find somewhere this friendly again.
