We were the first owners of this new build apartment just 3 years ago. It was a perfect opportunity for us as we had been looking around for ages but found nothing that we both liked.
As soon as we saw this home we both fell in love with it. So close to both of our work places has been superb. I often come back late at night so the off road parking has been a god send.
The best feature for us has been the garden which has been great to just sit out in the summer relaxing.
