Property description
Wake up and feel like you are king or queen of the realm as you look out of the window over an expanse of open countryside and the valley beyond. A separate bonus room currently serves as your very own walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, conveniently located next to the bathroom which offers you a similar view to the bedroom from your throne! A quick blast from the walk in shower will invigorate you for your day ahead. At the other end of a busy day you can take a long relaxing soak in the corner bath whilst watching the sun set below the surrounds.
A separate kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, offers plenty of work surface and cupboard space with enough room left over for the usual appliances too. With the view on offer from the window, washing up will never be a drag again.
Tempted by the light flooding in through the sash windows you will find yourself drawn into the grand lounge/dining room. With plenty of space for the largest of sofas and a couple of chairs along with a dining table and chairs it is easy to imagine entertaining friends and family here.
Outside it’s time to explore the grounds, although communal there is more than enough space for all the residents to root around in which is separated into lawns, gardens, meadow and woodland. An allocated parking space awaits your sturdy chariot and for your visitors they too have spaces to park.
What the Owner says:
When I first pulled into the car park and looked up at the grandeur of the building, I had pretty much made my mind up that I wanted it! The communal entrance hall was equally as impressive.
The apartment itself offered the space I was looking for and had a separate kitchen which is a rarity these days. The additional room was being used as a second single bedroom but I decided to convert it into my very own closet, it would also make a good study or even a snug, it’s such a versatile space. The main selling feature for me was the view, I have spent hours looking out and watching the world go by and will be one of the main things I miss about the property.
