Property description

Most people after leaving education never ever want to step back into school. That’s all about to change with this beautiful one bedroom character apartment in The Abbey.

This unique conversion of The Abbey, (formerly St Andrews School and then The Abbey School) should entice even the most naughty and unwilling of ex school pupils to live there.

This very individual apartment gives more than your standard one bedroom flat with accommodation over two floors with the added ‘twist’ of a spiral staircase between the two.

Perhaps you’re the kind of person who likes to entertain? You’ll be right at home here!

Whilst creating a culinary masterpiece in the kitchen area you’ll still be able to be the life and soul of the party and continue the conversation with your guests with the very modern open layout, you can laugh and joke whilst they soak up the striking and quirky decor and unique environment.

When returning home after a hard days work you’ll never be left hunting for a place to park your car as you’ll have a space of your own and for your visitors. Perhaps afterwards when it’s time to relax, take advantage of The Abbey's very own vast beautiful grounds. Weather permitting, you can take a leisurely stroll and get lost in the lower meadow and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city.

Just imagine what your home life could be like if you go back to school, why imagine? Book a viewing to see it today.

What the Owner says:

I was fortunate enough to have a friend living at The Abbey and so when an opportunity arose to buy an apartment here, I jumped at it! I had been looking for something with character and loved the historic building, the stunning views and how unique and quirky this apartment was. It feels more like a house than a flat being over two floors.

It is so peaceful and quiet being in such an idyllic semi-rural location and is just a short walk to the shops and pub in the village.

I have loved living here and wouldn’t be moving if it wasn’t for a work relocation. I’m going to miss the apartment very much and I know I won’t find anything quite like it anywhere else!
