Living here has been fantastic! I wanted something that was low maintenance and where I could move into straight away. So this new build was perfect.

Being on the ground floor is great as I have 3 entrances to the flat which gives the feeling of more space and it doesn't feel like a typical flat. The two double bedrooms are excellent as I have a sofa bed for guests and also use the second bedroom as an office. The two bathrooms are also very useful when visitors come to stay. Being so close to the sea friends like to drop by.

I have loved opening the patio door and sitting outside, enjoying the sunshine or taking a stroll along the sea front.
