We love our home and have many happy memories here. The views are glorious as you look over the gardens and out to sea - very relaxing. The area is so peaceful and quiet.

We have made many improvements to our home so the next owners won't have anything to worry about. The wood burner is a lovely feature and very cosy as we go into the winter months.

We have two balconies, one looks out to sea and is a lovely place to enjoy a coffee in the morning, the second is enclosed and very useful for storage and provides a private entrance. The location is very useful as shops, train station and the town centre are within walking distance.
