We bought this flat about 8 years ago and have done a lot to it to make it as nice as it is today.

We love coming home and seeing the amazing views from our lounge and balcony.

It is a great location for getting in and out of the city centre. The bus stop is just in front of the flats and you can be on a bus and in the town centre and Brighton station within about twenty minutes.

We need to move on now as we are up sizing and hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
