When we retired we had lots of plans to travel. We bought this apartment because we could feel very secure when we left the country. It was also a real bonus to find an apartment that had three bedrooms. We are members of a house exchange network and visitors to this apartment from other countries are always most complimentary about not only the apartment itself but also the location.
The garage was another real benefit to us when we bought our home as our car is now as secure as our apartment.
