We moved into the bungalow about 14 years ago and have really enjoyed living on Southfields Road, as it is so peaceful. It is so convenient for the local shops and it doesn't matter where you need to go, West Kingsdown is centrally located.

In the time that we have been here we have replaced the kitchen and bathroom, renewed the sophits and guttering and have installed cavity wall insulation.

The two things that we will really miss about our home is the beautiful conservatory and the lovely sunny rear garden. We really hope that our home finds nice new owners.
