Wells letting agents Palmer Snell are pleased to offer:

Location, Location, Location - Set in the idyllic hamlet of Polsham, a wonderful refurbished one bedroom period cottage retaining many wonderful features and with the added advantage of a delightful and spacious garden and patio area with driveway parking for two cars.

Accommodation comprises: Entrance into hallway with door leading into a delightful lounge which is full of period features, including beams and inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, views over the garden and a door leading to the patio area. The galley style kitchen has retained some stunning features and has to be seen to appreciate its many delights. There are a range of wood effect wall and base units with electric oven and hob. The landlord has provided all the white goods which include, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with ample storage, views over the delightful grounds and again lost of period features. The luxurious family bathroom is a really good size, with white suite and shower over the bath and benefits with wonderful views of the garden.

Outside is a pretty enclosed front garden and there is a driveway for parking which will accommodate at least two cars. The rear garden is secluded and enclosed with a gravelled courtyard area and a good sized shed offering useful storage.

Polsham was originally a railway station on the Somerset and Dorset Railway in the village of Polsham, Somerset in England. Opening in December 1861 on the Somerset Central Railway, which was at that time worked by the Bristol and Exeter Railway, it was the only intermediate station on the short branch from Glastonbury to Wells (Priory Road) railway station, which had opened in 1859.

Approximately 3 miles from Wells which is an unspoilt market town of outstanding beauty, located in rolling countryside, at the foot of the Mendip hills. Steeped in history, it is England's smallest city, and one of the most beautiful. Offering a range of amenities.

This is a really desirable property which must be viewed so call Jean, Wendy or Leanne to arrange an appointment
