Growing up in Walthamstow we've always loved the character and history of the Warner flats, so we were thrilled when we came to own one ourselves. A flat with it's own front door and front and back gardens is a rare thing these days. The back garden is a haven to relax and entertain in and we have planted fruit trees and bushes. The area is quiet and peaceful. At weekends you can just hear the bell-ringers practising in the distance at St. Saviour's church. The little stream at the end of the garden also brings wild birds to the garden. We have loved living here and hope the new owners become as fond of our lovely flat and gardens as we are.
