Having owned the property for a number of years now and can honestly say what a wonderful flat it has been for me. The location is superb for Sutton, with excellent transport at hand and in a block that is extremely friendly. This has certainly been the reason that I have had excellent long term tenants when I decided to let the property out, so know that it would suit not just a first time buyer but investment buyer as well.
It will be sad to see the property to sell, but can rest easily in the knowledge that I am handing over a superb property for the new owners.
