I initially bought this property as a first time buyer. I enjoyed living there as its a short distance to town and has good transport links. I also benefited from the low maintenance costs associated with living there. Since moving, this property has served me well as a good investment on the rental market.
The location is fabulous as I had perfect road links close by, and Harold Wood train station was accessible also. I liked the fact it was on the second floor making me feel safe and secure, and that I also own 1/16ths of the freehold along with my fellow neighbours. This allows everybody in the block to have complete control over the running the development, keeping the maintenance/service charges to a minimum.
