We were originally living in Suffolk and had a new job on the horizon which would mean a relocation to the Redhill area. I remember there were a lot of properties on the market at the time, but in order to get our ideal home it was necessary to increase our search from Redhill to Horsham. We had 2 young children so schooling was obviously going to be important and as a result our search ended up in the Horsham area.
We saw this house advertised in Southwater and we fell in love with it straight away. It ticked all the boxes and we loved the position and the garden. We built an extension to cater for our family's needs and have been very happy during our 17 years here.
