We were living in Surrey and have a daughter who had previously moved to Southwater. We enjoyed visiting as the pace of life felt a lot more relaxed and quieter and we liked the idea of a village lifestyle.
We looked at a few properties but when we came to see this one we knew it was going to tick a lot of boxes especially the position as it is very tucked away. Once inside we loved the space and could not believe the size of the garden which was perfect for our dog. We will be sad to leave but need to be closer to family in Banstead.
