Introduction
Believed to date back to 1867 and formerly a carpenters shop, Myrtle Cottage has been the subject of an extensive yet sensitive program of improvement by our clients to include a refitted cottage style kitchen, a Victorian style shower room and traditional style casement double glazed windows all coupled with more period features of exposed ceiling timbers and a wood burning stove. Although quaint the accommodation is generous, comprising three well sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious reception rooms whilst the gardens host attractive lawns, a single garage and driveway. The village of Alderbury is well provided for in amenities including a well regarded primary school, post office, a village shop and active village hall.

The majority of the garden lies to a southerly aspect and is principally laid to lawn enclosed by a combination of fencing and established laurel hedging. There is a summer house and shed, and the garden is screened by a variety of mature trees.
