I loved the space on offer compared to other places I had seen, I live in New Zealand and wanted a place that I could rent out with ease and being on the other side of the world I did not want a place that I would have to keep maintaining. I chose this particular flat because it has an all in one kitchen/lounge, rather than separate areas.

The lounge is lovely and being southerly facing you get the sunshine coming in most of the time. There is also a lovely view from the windows, every time I had the flat up for rent it was gone within days.
