What the Owner says:
It must have been about 12 years ago now when we were searching for our first property. We wanted a large apartment close to the beach and town and when we saw this come onto the market right on the beach, we literally ran down there to have a look around. It was a little dated and over the years we have gone right through the apartment and refurbished everything. We are a little gutted to leave as it is so lovely living here. We just need more outside space and a garage now. It is amazing – in the summer our friends come over, we spend all day on the beach and go back to the apartment to enjoy the evening. I think our friends are upset that we are moving as they are here every weekend during the summer.
