When looking for a bolt hole to use for our holidays and long weekends away we wanted good access to the beaches and close to the town but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. When we found this lovely block of purpose built flats, the ground floor one was just perfect. It was beautifully clean, tidy and easy to maintain and with parking too, it ticked all the boxes. We have had the apartment for many years and have loved using it but as time has gone by, we find ourselves not coming to the island as much as we used to and so have made the tough decision to let it go up for sale.
