More than 10 years ago I decided to start searching for my first home, and I was beginning to think I would only be able to find a flat for my budget, when I came across this two bedroom house close to the town and beach, and I thought "this is perfect"!
It has been a great place to live, especially during the summer months, being so close to the Esplanade and the beach, with the access to the mainland made easy as well, which is hand for those shopping trips to Gunwharf Quays!
I hope the new owner enjoys living here as much I have over the years and find the location as convenient and as enjoyable as I did.
