Property description
This intriguing double fronted home will stir your curiosity and it certainly needs you to venture inside to fully appreciate the grandeur and period features in this rarely available home. As soon as you step inside the wonderful entrance hall you get an idea for the style and size of the house. There is a lovely homely feel throughout and this is no more evident than in the beautiful lounge which blends original features with a bright and airy aspect. You will be able to imagine putting your feet up and relaxing after work.
The dining room will set the scene for many family occasions such as Sunday roasts and Christmas dinner.
The kitchen/breakfast room will surely be where you will spend most of your time. This traditional room has a warm feeling and is ideal for less formal dining or just eating your morning cereal as you read the paper. Why not open up the doors to the garden and let the air flow in.
All the bedrooms are a good size so your children won't be arguing over who has the biggest room and will ensure that everyone will have their own space to escape away from it all.
The garden is a real haven for family life as there is plenty of space to entertain and for your children to play.

After living in a nearby village we really needed a bigger home. This house needed so much work but had a vast amount of potential. Living here is so convenient being situated in the heart of the village, with the recreation ground, pubs, the Old Mill, Co-Op and primary school all nearby. Kearsney Abbey is also nearby which is great for taking dogs for a walk.
There is never a problem parking here and although there is the possibility of installing off road parking to the rear I have never had the need.
For anyone that doesn't drive there is a bus stop at the end of the road for trips into Dover and Canterbury. Kearsney railway station is also only a 10 minute walk away.
