We love this house as it has plenty of room for our 4 children comfortably and is a lovely family home. The conservatory means that we have space to enjoy time away from the children in peace and quiet and enjoy our own TV programmes but it also has been the scene of many parties etc. We have even had 27 people round for Christmas one year.

The area is lovely and River has its own primary school, shops, pubs, 2 churches and recreation ground - it really is a great place to raise a family. The neighbours here are all fantastic too and everyone will always help one another out.
