I bought the flat from new and it has been perfect for me! When I first moved in it was just me on my own but since then, my partner has moved in and we now have our son. The flat has still worked brilliantly for us as although it is on the first floor there is a lift, so getting in and out with the buggy has been a doddle!
I have always loved the balcony as it is not overlooked and catches the afternoon sun which is lovely!
We are now hoping to move to a family home with a garden so that our son has somewhere to play outside.
