This has been our family home for the last 20 years and three generations of our family have lived here. When the girls were at school it was perfect as both primary and secondary schools are within walking distance as well as being able to walk easily to the town centre, the beach, shops, the park at Ellington and the bus route and train station are also close by.

We have enjoyed the space that the house has to offer inside as all the rooms are a good size and the nice rear garden has been a real sun-trap where we have spent many happy times. We are now looking to downsize.
