I bought this property in the 1970's because I loved the location, Addington Street has a unique character which I found very appealing along with the space and solid construction of the building. At the time I lived in Spencer Square and I really wanted a studio for my art work and this place fitted the bill.
The property is believed to date back to about 1750, and has loads of character. Since owning the property I have overhauled and restored the lovely Kent peg tiled roof, I have also complete redecorated and ensured that all the maintenance is up to date.
