We moved here from London about six years ago and knew before we even walked through the front door that this was the home for us.
The cottage has so much charm and character with exposed beams and low ceilings, quirky door openings and a wonderfully cosy feeling throughout.
We've restored the fabulous Inglenook fireplace with bread oven and we've removed plaster in order to expose more brick.
About three years ago we replaced the kitchen and we've also added a combi-boiler for the central heating system.
