I bought this property 7 years ago as a first home. It has been perfect for me as I left the property a few years ago and I rented it out I have had the best of both worlds being the owner of this home.

I am sad to have to let it go however I am moving on, it is ready for someone to come in and make it there own whether it is to live in or rent out, being so close to everything has made life so easy.
