Moving is a big step for us, especially after living here happily for 17 years.
Having our 2 sons we thought a house opposite a Common would be perfect, and it was. They can run and play to their hearts content.
We loved the fact that we have nothing but the Common opposite, no houses at all. We will also miss what we’ve done to the house, especially our lovely spacious kitchen/diner area, it really has made a difference.
We always thought the location was great for us, felt a bit semi-rural but urban at the same time, great access to transport too with the tram link up the road, Mitcham and Eastfields stations not too far either.
With our sons grown up and going to University now, it’s time to move on.
