I was really lucky to find this property a couple of years ago. Living on my own, I've felt safe and secure thanks to the first floor location, main door entry system, and the friendly and helpful neighbours. The amount of storage space is such a bonus - I've never seen so much in a one bedroom flat before. The private garden is pleasant to sit out in and easy to maintain. The mainline station is just a short walk away and with the town centre and large supermarket so close by, it's an ideal location.
I'm moving into a larger property with my partner but I hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have.
