DESCRIPTION Located between the villages of Westwood and Upper Westwood lies this superbly appointed equestrian unit that would suit a wide variety of requirements.

Having been well maintained, and improved, by the current owners Lye Field Stables comprises a block of four timber stables, although one is being used as a feed store, and a secure tack room, with power and light connected. The stables have a deep concrete apron to the front. To the rear is a timber storage shed and area of hard standing given ample space for trailer or horse box parking. To the side of the stables is a timber sided manure compound with hard core to the front making removal straight forward.

LOCATION Westwood lies just outside the Wiltshire town of Bradford on Avon and is in an excellent position for access to local competition and training centres (West Wilts at Holt, Downlands and The Saddle Club in Warminster).
