When I was looking for a property this particular apartment stood out for me because of having its own private balcony. I loved the idea of having direct access to my own outside space.

The property also faces towards the west so you get plenty of sunshine during the afternoon and evening. The mature trees give a pleasant green outlook, it’s a lovely place to relax after a busy day in the classroom.
