We had been looking for nearly 2 years and lost out on a couple of properties that we wanted because we just couldn’t sell our own home. How different the market is these days…… We did eventually find a buyer and soon after found this property, it was so much bigger than anything else we had seen and in the perfect location for us, it was certainly worth the wait.
