I bought the property because the location was so good. Very convenient to get into town for work or catch a train to London. More importantly within a few minutes I could be running or walking through the footpaths in the woodland nearby.
It is a very peaceful and quiet area and a major benefit is the space and layout within the flat. I planned and landscaped the garden early on and it's an ideal space for a BBQ or simply relaxing with a glass of wine. There are plenty of facilities nearby such as the Co-op supermarket, post office, launderette, pharmacy and fish and chip shop. I hope the new owners enjoy the property as much as I have.
