Property description
Have you ever dreamed of owning your own wine cellar? Well look no further. It can accommodate 1500 bottles, a connoisseurs dream!
Wander through this spacious, detached home - which bedroom will the children choose? The choice is theirs. Of course, mum and dad will choose the master bedroom with its own patio doors leading out to the fabulous garden.
Imagine having your own walk-in wardrobe, plus an en-suite, where you can relax and unwind.
The heart of this home is surely the kitchen/diner, which leads out onto the conservatory. The perfect two rooms for cooking and socialising. In addition, the sitting room provides the perfect private space to unwind with a book, play a little piano, or get some much needed work done.
When relatives or the teenagers want their own space, no problem, as the annexe is self contained. In fact they could invite you to dinner, as it also has its own kitchenette.
In the summer, who wouldn't want to sit in the enormous garden and relax or host a party. The versatility of the garden makes it ideal for those looking to grow some veg, have somewhere for the kids to run off energy, or even house classic cars at the bottom, where you can find additional parking.
With the main line station in Headcorn mile away, city working and country living is a dream that can become reality. The well stocked village, with primary school, pub, and Post Office amongst other shops, provides village life at its best.
What the Owner says:
The location sold this home to us, as it meant we could walk to the station without having the hassle of paying for station parking.
The annexe has also been a real bonus, as our relatives can stay without disrupting our sleeping arrangements.
Our family have enjoyed the large garden as well. We currently use the sitting room as our music room, and find the conservatory very cosy for TV and general chit chat.
We now need to move nearer to our childrens schools, otherwise we would not be leaving our much loved, and well lived in family home.
