What first attracted me to this property was its location, being close to Mengham shops and Hayling beach. Although the property needed some work i took it upon myself to replace the kitchen and bathroom and the carpets on top of that decorated throughout.

I have enjoyed my time here but now getting on in life my family want me closer to them. I hope the new owners enjoy the property as much as I have.
