When I was looking to buy several years ago as a first time buyer, I viewed lots of back street houses that left me cold. When I saw the flat I loved the size and feel of it and it seemed so much better than the houses I viewed. The location was also so much more attractive. In my time here I have made several improvements, including re-fitting the bathroom, decorating, replacing floor coverings and a new back door.
