Purchased from new back in 2006, we were very particular about the home and its position on this small development.
The garden is extremely private and not overlooked whilst there is parking on the drive and to the front of the home, and of course the views to the rear, we couldn't ask for more.
We really felt it had so many positives and it has lived up to our every expectation of life living here.
The local shops are so convenient and the drive to Canterbury is approximately 20 minutes.
