We bought the property just over 10 years ago as an investment to help us develop our business. Initially it was used for new staff so they had somewhere to stay when they first moved into the area. However, we soon realized the property could be used in so many other ways.
We currently take advantage of the quiet in the area and use it for clients who want their own space and privacy. Its ideal, nobody is ever disturbed.
